Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer For Isolated Soya Protein
Material is fed into the dryer from feeding port, under the action
of vibrating force, material moves forward with the fluidized
state continuously along the horizontal direction. Hot air passes
through fluid bed from bottom to up and does heat exchange with damp material. After the powder is collected by cyclone separator,
damp air is exhausted out. Dried product is discharged from discharging port.
Fluid Bed Dryer Working Principle
The material feeding port into the machines, in the air flow and vibration of the dual role, materials for continuous casting along the fluidized bed forward movement. Hot air upward through the fluidized bed and wet materials back out heat, dust removal by the cyclone separator after discharge, dry material by the material mouth eduction.

Fluid Bed Dryer Charactaristics
