High Speed Granulators Shear Wet Rapid Mixing Granulator
The equipment can complete dry mixing, adding binder, granulation and other processes at one time, and the production efficiency is high, and the mixed granulation can be completed in 7-10 minutes. The granulation effect is good, the particle size is uniform, and the fluidity after drying is good. The mixing time is short, the material friction is less heat, and therefore the heat sensitive material is also suitable. Since the whole granulation process is carried out in a closed container, the material dust has little air pollution to the clean room, and there is no cross-contamination. The whole machine is made of stainless steel material that does not chemically react with the material, and the container, the stirring paddle, the blade and the discharging material. No dead ends, in line with GMP certification standards.
1. The High speed HSMG series wet type mixing granulator adopts a practical horizontal cylinder structure.
2. The driving shaft is euipped with inflatable seal. While washing, the air can be replaces by water.
3. Fluidized granulating processed is used and the final granules are quite round with high fluidity.
4. Compared with traditional technique, this type of machine can reduce 25% of adhesive and also shorten the drying time.
5. For each batch of material, with 2 minutes dry mixing and 1-4 minutes granulating, the efficiency is 4-5 times higher than that of traditional technique.
6. Dry mixing, wet mixing and granulating are finished inside the same sealed container, which is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
Product Working Principle
① The raw materials are added into the cylinder at one time, and after the mixing slurry is dry mixed, the speed of the mixing slurry is changed to make the material move into eddy current; by changing the speed of the cutting knife, the soft material prepared by mixing can be chopped into particles of the required size.
② The rotation speed of the mixing slurry and the granulator can make the material move in three dimensions, and the particles will collide, friction and shear, so that the friction is uniform and fine. Finally, stable spherical particles are formed. The mixing time, the speed of mixing slurry and granulating knife, the granulation quality and uniformity after drying can fully meet the requirements of solid preparation production process.
③ The mixing granulation process is carried out in a closed state, and no foreign matters fall, which is clean and sanitary, and fully meets the requirements of GMP.
