Rotary dryer is widely used for drying slag limestone, coal powder, slag, clay, etc. Dryer can also be used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical and cement industry. Rotary Dryer mainly consists of dryer body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, seal ring, etc. Dryer can be generally divided into four types, they are: rotary dryer, triple-drum dryer, indirect heat transfer dryer, vertical dryer. Different kind of dryer has its own characters and advantages, the specific choice of a special dryer depends on different elements.
Product Features
The palm fiber dryer mainly include feed inlet, heat furnace, filter cartridge, rotating cylinder, material conveyor, cooling cylinder and discharging port. The rotating cylinder, which is installed on the driving roller, moves in low speed depending on the motor and slow transmission. Feed inlet is in between the heat furnace and rotating cylinder and there is stir blade in the rotating cylinder. The baffle with a ostiole is on the connected place of the rotating cylinder and filter cartridge. One end of the filter cartridge is connected with the rotating cylinder.

Product Working Principle
The rotary dryer is mainly composed of a rotating body, a lifting plate, a transmission device, a supporting device and a sealing ring. The dried wet material is sent to the hopper by a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator, and then fed through the hopper through the feeding pipe into the feed end. The slope of the feeding pipe is greater than the natural inclination of the material so that the material flows smoothly into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal. The material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier enters from the lower end, and is in countercurrent contact with the material, and the heat carrier and the material are simultaneously flowed into the cylinder. As the rotating material of the cylinder is moved by gravity to the lower end. During the forward movement of the wet material in the cylinder body, the heat supply of the heat carrier is directly or indirectly obtained, so that the wet material is dried, and then sent out at the discharge end through a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor.
