SPI-12 is composed of several main parts, including bottle feeder + automatic cap elevator and sorter + inlet and outlet bottle template + capping mechanism + rejection mechanism + electrical control etc.
Working principle: Each capping head is driven by an independent rotary servo motor. The electronic cam completes the capping head lifting, cap grabbing and servo capping action. During the capping process, the speed and torque of each claw head are determined by the program according to the actual needs. The capping servo motor is automatically and precisely controlled by the program, with closed-loop control, and torque error self-correcting caused by the inertia.
Huituo servo capping machine can follow the previous filling equipment for synchronous linkage. It stops, and the capping machine will stop. So does the acceleration.
1 Cap-sending channel
The pump cap adopts the servo motor transmission form. The servo motor has the specific advantage of performing periodic start and stop and periodic positive reversal. The cap channel adopts the servo motor to drive the belt and the chain, which can perform periodic start-stop or forward-reverse movement, not only reducing noise and eliminating cap block.
2 Bottle-in & out template
It is made of polymer polyethylene, and the surface of the bottle plate is fully fitted to the bottle type and the surface is smooth. It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle body from being scratched; and has the function of rapid change of production(8min) and module structure.
3 Cap-grasping
The cap is fed by the servo, and the claw is taken according to the rule that the cap is placed with bottle, the cap isn’t placed without bottle, and the angle is rotated at the same time (according to the starting angle of the cap and the starting position of the bottle, to ensure that the pump nozzle will not be injured).
4 Capping function description
- Closed loop control by the servo motor and program throughout the capping process;
- automatically adjust the capping force until the set torque is reached;
- Due to the precise and flexible control of the motion drive module and program, the influence of the inertia of the capping head and the deviation of the parts can be eliminated;
- Torque switching between different products can be achieved simply by changing the set value of the program;
The machine is electrically lifted and adjusted. When the specification is changed, it only needs to be operated in the touch screen or the lift handle can realize the height adjustment, and the lift and the limit switch are limited to the specification height;
It is to arrange the disorderly pump cap regularly by the double centrifugal differential principle. The cap is outputted from the cover channel in an orderly manner, and the capping machine is grasped by the distribution plate.

The intelligent elevator is connected with the sorter, and automatically controls the cap-sending speed, which is matched with the whole line control.
