SPU-8C capping machine is a fully automatic capping machine after technological transformation. The machine sends the bottles to the screw rod by the conveyor belt, and the bottle is transferred to the capping machine by the bottle-in star wheel which is designed based on the bottle shape, and the cap is sent by the cap elevator, which is sorted out to the cap feeding channel in an orderly manner, and then transports them to the capping station. The tightened bottles will be sent out by the bottle-out star-wheel. This is the entire process of capping.
The equipment is advanced in technology, with protection alarm devices such as bottle blocking, bottle shortage, lack of cap, overload, etc., reliable performance, scientific process, food hygiene conditions which meet the national hygiene standards, high degree of production automation and easy operation. The screw drive follows the main drive, the screw angle can be set via touch screen to make it match with the star wheel. There is a sensor at the bottle-in screw, no bottle, no capping and alarm when bottle-stuck.
SPU-8C adopts servo motor for cap-feeding chain. The servo motor has the advantages of periodic start and stop, periodic positive and negative rotation, not only reducing noise and avoid cap-stuck.
The cap divider is customized by the cap shape and different diameters would require changeover, but only the parts contacting cap needs to be changed.

It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from being scratched; and allows quick changeover.
It’s easy to slip for the cylinder bottle when capping, and the bottle is soft and easy to scratch. Therefore, the belt or bottle holder mechanism is adopted. The bottle holder is made of silica gel to prevent the bottle form from slipping and scratching.

The qualified products are normally transported, and the unqualified ones (no cap, no inner tube, tilted cap-higher than normal 2mm) will be automatically split to another conveyor by swing cylinder.
