Huituo following capping machine is composed of several main parts, including cap feeder + automatic cap elevating unscrambler + following servo capping mechanism + rejection mechanism + electrical control etc.
Follow-up capping machine: the follow-up capping head adopts tracking capping, the capping head is driven by a servo motor, and the running speed of the bottle on the conveyor belt is matched. The capping head grabs the cap in advance and when the sensor detects the bottle, the capping head follows to screw the cap. After the cap is screwed, it resets to the starting point, and then grabs the cap again for the next capping action cycle. This capping does not hurt the bottle or cap, safe and stable, with high capping efficiency.
The capping head adopts a round cap with three claws to grasp the cap, which is stable and reliable. The capping head rubber strip is made of wear-resistant material, which can effectively prevent the cap from being damaged during the capping process. Secondly, the capping head adopts servo motor to precisely control the capping torque.
The belt clamps the bottle and runs smoothly. The belt spacing can be adjusted according to different bottle types, making it easier to change production, ensuring that the belt's holding force is greater than the capping torque and avoiding slippage.
A double-conveyor belt structure with an intelligent detection sensor is installed at the bottle exiting part. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.
All doors are installed with limit switch to make sure machine stops and sends warning signal when door is open. All production area machines with movable guard are electrically interlocked to completely shut down the main drive and control circuit and bring all machine movement to a rapid stop immediately upon opening the guard.
