1. Introduction of tube grinding mill of ore grinding mill
The tube mill is designed in the advantages and disadvantages of
the open-flow grinding system. It has made a significant
improvement on the traditional ball mill. In addition to all the
advantages of open-flow grinding, compared with the ball mill of
the same specification, the mill output has been greatly improved,
and the powder is fine, the specific surface area is increased, to
achieve high yield, high fine. It provides a new type of grinding
equipment for producing high grade cement.
The tube mill of Luo mine adjusts the material level of each bin,
increases the ventilation volume and improves the conditions inside
the mill by its unique combination of bin separator and discharge
separator. At the same time, the new liner is used to adjust the
speed of the mill, optimize the gear design and lubrication
parameters of the bearing bush, increase the stability and service
life of the mill, and improve the grinding efficiency.
Compared with the ball mill of the same specification, the output
of the tube mill is increased by 20% and the power consumption per
unit product is decreased by 10-12% under the condition that other
parameters are unchanged. The specific surface area of cement can
be up to 320m2/kg in open-flow grinding.
2. The technical characteristics of the mill developed and designed
are as follows:
(1) The transmission forms of drum mill are edge leaflet, center
transmission, multi-point meshing edge transmission and other
transmission types; Drive form of induction motor + reducer +
pinion + big gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion + big
gear;
(2) Generally, the support mode of two-terminal static and dynamic
pressure bearing is adopted, and the fully enclosed self-aligning
1200 line contact 'rocker type' bearing is adopted. The static and
dynamic pressure support mode of single sliding shoe, double
sliding shoe or full static pressure support can also be adopted.
(3) Large open gear adopts American AGMA standard design, equipped
with a reliable sealing gear cover, equipped with glycerin
automatic spray lubrication device;
(4) The cylinder is a key part of the mill, and the finite element
analysis is carried out on it by computer to ensure its
reliability;
(5) Large and medium mills are equipped with slow driving device;
(6) Large and medium mills are equipped with high and low pressure
lubrication stations;
(7) Control and protection system adopts PLC control.
3. Technical characteristics of tube grinding mill of ore grinding
mill
(1) Transmission form: center transmission and edge transmission
(including multi-point meshing type of edge transmission). Large
and medium mill with slow drive.
(2) Supporting mode of the mill: main bearing type, double sliding
shoe type and mixed type (one end of the main bearing, with one end
of the sliding shoe). Bearing and bracket are processed by CNC
machine tool. The three supports are equipped with high and low
pressure lubrication devices.
(3) Rotary part: the cylinder body adopts automatic welding, the
weld seam is 100% ultrasonic inspection, the whole annealing after
welding of the cylinder body, fully eliminate the welding stress;
The cylinder body adopts a large special machine tool to install
the card processing, which effectively ensures the coaxiality of
the slip ring (main bearing) at both ends, so that the equipment
can run smoothly.
(4) Feeding and discharging device: with hollow shaft or drive pipe
and other static and dynamic joint with a special seal, to ensure
no oil leakage, no ash leakage.
(5) System control: the whole mill system is controlled by PLC,
which can realize temperature inspection and vibration detection of
all bearings and lubricating oil of the mill supporting device and
reducer, and can realize computer joint control with the central
control room.
