ZXMP S200 SDH Based Multi-Service Node
The ZXMP S200 is a kind of compact SDH transmission equipment for
multi-service access, supporting the rate up to STM-4. It can serve
as the corollary transmission equipment in GSM, CDMA or 3G base
stations. It can also be used to access multi-services for
customers in buildings or communities and private line services for
business customers. Moreover the ZXMP S200 can replace existing PDH
equipment for transmission.
The ZXMP S200 is designed as a platform, strictly complying with
related ITU-T recommendations and China national standards. It
provides a main board inserted horizontally into the chassis, for
the access of various services. The chassis can be mounted on
desktop, in cabinet or on wall.
The main board of the ZXMP S200 integrates all SDH functions
(including transparent transmission of data service), providing the
bus, control and communication interfaces for extension plug-in
cards. Multiple plug-in cards are optional which provide more
powerful service access function. Moreover, the main board and
plug-in cards support the remote online upgrade of board software,
including software programs and FPGA programs.

A slew of interfaces including STM-4, STM-1, E1/T1, E3/T3, FE,
V.35, SHDSL, RS232, RS485 are available for various application
scenarios.
Convenient installation modes:
Box equipment at height of 1U. It can be installed in ETSI standard
cabinet and IEC 19” cabinet, and desktop installation, wall-mounted
installation and outdoor installation are also supported.

Good network adaptability:
ZXMP S200 uses E1 timeslots as ECC channels. NM information
attached to SDH payload can be transferred transparently via other
vendors’ SDH equipments, implementing centralized NM in hybrid
networking of multi-vendor equipments, solving the problem that ECC
cannot perform transparent transmission in hybrid networking, and
delivering a NM networking solution to hybrid networking of
multi-vendor equipments. ZXMP S200 supports online software
upgrade, easing system maintenance and upgrade, and ensuring the
reliability during system upgrade.
Ease of design and maintenance:
The system operations adopt front-facing interfaces, enabling easy
maintenance;
All optical interfaces employ SFP modules. Different types of
optical modules can be selected on customers’ service demands;
Offer online optical power detection and ALS functions for all
optical interfaces;
Diversified maintenance interfaces, such as Qx interface, LCT
terminal interface, RS232 interface, 2Mbps or 2MHz BITS interface,
environmental supervisory interface and alarm output interface, are
available;
Support E1/T1 framing modes and E1 re-timing function.

auto shut down of laser may avoid damage caused by laser to human
