Specifications
This machine has washer,filler,capper three functions in one body, automatic in total process, it is suitable for PET bottled liquid,water, minaral water energy drink etc. It makes by high quality SUS304, key parts are precision machined by NC tool. The total machine uses advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each part's operation status, no bottle no filling, and no bottle no capping, automatic and easy operation.

Features
Standard 3-in-1 monoblock for PET bottles rinsing, hot filling and
capping. It is applicable to fruit juice, tea beverage, functional
beverage, etc with 2000-20000BPH capacity. According to the special
production condition, another sterilizing rinsing module could be
added, that is 4-in-1 monoblock. The system has fully considered
the beverage's characteristics (such as the frothing of the tea
drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot
filling.
1. Full filling to avoid the bottle from sinking after the bottle
cooling off, and to decrease the dissolved oxygen to the utmost
extent.
2. Reasonable structured storage hopper and material supply system
make the material in constant flow speed, constant pressure without
frothing. Usually high position tank is adopted.
3. Reflux tank system has the function of supplying the material
automatically.
4. Perfect CIP system.
5. Sanitary filling head system is of umbrella structure, high
filling speed.
6. Per fect filling temperature control system.
7. The storage hopper has the characteristic of gas discharge, full
sealing and temperature detecting. In moderate and high speed
production line, the material distributor replaces the big liquid
tank to realize
the complete CIP.
8. To realize stable running, convenient for maintenance and long life, all the electric and pneumatic components are from world famous manufacturer. Example, PLC from OMRON, transducer from MITSUBISHI, pneumatic components from FESTO, switch from TURCK, motors from SEW or ABB, touch screen from DIGITAL, etc
