Equipment description:

3) Normally after juice hot filling, there will be spray cooling tunnel for cooling down temperature of bottle and juice.

4) Air feeding device is adopted for bottle feeding, and suspension card bottleneck is adopted to speed bottle feeding and avoid bottle deformation.

5) Washing bottle mouth adopts advanced card bottleneck technology to avoid contact with the threaded mouth, which is more sanitary. Bottle conveying adopts card bottleneck technology to change bottle shape without adjusting the height, and only need to change the protection plate related to the diameter of bottle body.

6) The screw cap adopts the screwing cap technology introduced by France, which is quick to catch and turn.
