FEATURES
48kw electrical heater industrial foodstuff hot air drying oven adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and
automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system
is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven
increases from 3~7% of the traditional drying oven to 35~45% of the
present one. The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%.The
successful design of CT -C hot air circulation oven makes that the
hot air circulation drying oven in our country reach the advanced
level in the world. It saves energy and increases the economic
benefit.In1990, the medical management bureau of the State issued
the industry standard and the uniform type is RXH.
APPLICATION
48kw electrical heater industrial foodstuff hot air drying oven is suitable for drying and dehydration of material and product for
pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural, aquatic, light
industry, heavy industry; such as medicine raw material, medicine,
Chinese herbal medicine, extractum, granules, powder, pill, packing
bottle, pigment and dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruit,
sausages, plastic, resin, electric elements, varnish, and etc.
Main technical parameters and relevant explanation
1. The special requirements should be indicated before placing
order.
2. The price for the non-standard oven should be consulted.
3. If the operation temperature is more than 140°C or less than
60°C, it should be indicated before placing order.
4. The trolley and baking trays are in uniform dimensions which can
be exchanged with each other.
