Product Details
Inserted Socket is made of deformed steel bars with internal thread processing,
and the top is designed to penetrate the pin hole for the
reinforcing bar to increase the shearing force and prevent falling
off during demoulding. At the same time, the load can be evenly
distributed in the concrete.
The threaded steel sleeve is mainly used for demoulding lifting and
turning lifting of precast concrete slabs or stairways. When the
threaded steel sleeve is embedded, it needs to be fixed with a
magnetic plate.
We, Meiko Magnetics, are professional in all kinds of magnetic solutions for precast
concrete industry. You can find all your standard requirements or
customized magnetic system here for precast.
Company Profile
Chuzhou Meiko Magnetics Co., Ltd. is a China based magnet company specializing in providing all
shuttering magnets and precast accessories for the prefabricated
construction industry. With our own factory settled down in Anhui
province, we mainly produces various adhesive forces PC box magnets
ranging from 450KG to 2500KG, magnetic fixing system for anchor,
sleeves, PVC pipes and wire box, loft magnet, magnetic chamfering
strips as well as magnetic shuttering profile for automated precast
concrete platforms. It widely used in the production of
prefabricated elements production such as wall panels, stairs,
roofs and bridges.
With the rapid development of green buildings, the traditional
screw fixings on platform are gradually being replaced. Magnetic
systems have been broadly recognized and applied in the production
of PC elements. This can effectively avoid damage to the tilling
table and also improve production efficiency.
The company has always adhered to the concept of "quality is the
basis of survival, innovation is the source of development",
constantly optimizing the better structure of magnetic circuit,
strengthening the monitoring of product quality, and raising
awareness of after-sales service.
We hope that our expertise in magnetic assemblies can afford your
better buildings, thus contributing to the bright future of green
buildings.
