Performance characteristics:
The instrument adopts imported digital display PID program temperature controller, using A special high-speed 16 bit A/D converter, automatic temperature drift, zero drift correction technology, to ensure the accuracy of temperature control of the instrument.
The temperature controller of the instrument adopts the special PID algorithm without overshoot and PID self-tuning technology to ensure that the instrument is not overshoot or undershoot, and the temperature control precision can reach ±0.5℃.
Temperature measurements are made using a PT100 sensor.
The sensor is sensitive, reliable, can quickly and timely reflect the temperature changes, through the digital display PID temperature controller control, can fully ensure the standard requirements of temperature control precision.
The instrument shape adopts the integral frame structure, the internal space is large.
The shell is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated by spraying technology. The shape is novel and beautiful.
The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate after anticorrosion treatment, processing and forming.
There is a double glass observation window in the middle of the door, which can observe the situation of heated objects in the working room at any time.
The door of the box is inlaid with high temperature resistant adhesive strip, which has good sealing ability to prevent heat loss.
The air outlet is set at the back of the studio, which can discharge the moisture released by the heater out of the box at any time during the working process.
The temperature in the box is forced to circulate by the fan to ensure that the temperature uniformity is controlled within ±2.5%.
