Attention:

1. Anti-static:

because LED is an electrostatic-sensitive element, if the maintenance of an LED engineering line lamp does not do a good job in anti-static measures, it will burn out the LED, resulting in waste. What needs to be noted here is that the soldering iron must be used as an anti-static soldering iron, at the same time the maintenance personnel must also do a good job in anti-static measures.

2. Continuous high temperature:

the two important components of led engineering line lamp led and FPC, are not sustainable high-temperature resistant products. If the FPC continues to be at high temperature or exceeds its bearing temperature, it will cause the FPC's covering film to bubble and directly cause the led project line lamp to be scrapped. At the same time, LED can not endure high temperature for a long time under high temperature, its chip will be burned out by high temperature. Therefore, the maintenance of the led engineering line lamp used by the soldering iron must be used to control the temperature of the soldering iron, the temperature is limited to a range, prohibit random change and setting. In addition, even so, it should be noted that during maintenance, the soldering iron should not stay at the foot of the LED for more than 10 seconds, if this time is exceeded, it is likely to burn out the LED chip.
