General troubleshooting :

If the lamp is installed properly, Please figure out whether the failure is caused by the following situations. If all following
resolutions do not work, please stop using immediately and contact professionals or retailers for help.
1. If the lamp does not work, please cut off the power and then check whether the power cord of the lamp is properly connected with the mains supply.
2. If connected properly, please ask a professional to check the input voltage or circuit.


Matters needing attention:

1. Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 55℃;
2. Avoid strong acid and alkali objects around the working environment.
3. If the working environment is outdoor, please make the butt joint waterproof.
4. Please install the lamp according to the instructions of this user guide.
5. To avoid any injuries from a fallen lamp or electric shock, please do not retrofit this lamp at random.
6. If you need to replace any components or cords of the lamp, please choose those having the same specifications.
