Product Description
The TC bearing adopts the general high-temperature furnace
sintering process, and the sintering formula is unique. Strictly
control the quality of raw materials to ensure that cemented
carbide and tungsten carbide meet the standards and use
requirements. Strict sintering production process is implemented to
make the sintering process heat up and keep warm according to the
set temperature rise curve. Adopting advanced protective process
measures, the sintered material is not oxidized at high
temperature, the surface purification is activated, the liquid
solder is well infiltrated, and the sintered layer shrinks evenly.
The problem is that the sintered layer is firmly combined with the
substrate and integrated into one body without peeling off the
block. Because the selected cemented carbide has good strength and
high hardness, there will be no peeling and cracking problems
during use. It is resistant to wear, impact and various corrosion
under harsh working conditions, and the life can reach more than
300 hours. The appearance of the product is exquisite, the coverage
rate of cemented carbide is ≥60%. The hardness of the substrate can
be adjusted in the range of 200 to 330 HB according to need.
