Installation work
Generally we use the following three methods to guide the
installation
1. Sending our engineer to your site, and showing the standard
installation steps to local workers. The salary, visa fee, round
ticket, local food, and accommodation will be responsible by your
side.
2. Training the local workers installation steps of house, and
installation method of our equipped furniture.
3. Telling them how to repair and replace the broken parts.
Maintenance work
Painting every 2 years to extend the lifetime of the house.
In addition that, our engineer will give advices based on the
climate and weather situation on your site.
Warranty
1. 15 years are the design life of our house for main structure,
not include the easy broken part, such as lock, lights, sockets,
switches, etc.
2. 12 month warranty for main steel structure, and sandwich panels.
Not include the harsh use environment, such as hurricane, fire
hazard, flood, more than 8 grade earthquake etc. (force majeure)
and human damage.
