Smart Card Body Plastic Material - PVC Strong Coated Overlay Film MCO-W model is suitable for laminating with most PVC sheets
printed by various printers . It features high adhesion , no color
change and deformation .
It is applicable to almost all sheets printed by various ink . It
features excellent peeling strength and long aging time .

2. Normal thickness : 0.04,0.05,0.06,0.08,0.10mm
3. Color : transparent with one-side glue coating

All inks require an adhesive layer between ink and overlay to
provide a superior bond, so we offer a complete range of suitable
coatings for all our overlay films to enhance bond strength. These
adhesives can be used with UV (offset or silk screen) and oxidative
inks. They meet or exceed ISO Peel strength standards and are
available in rolls or sheets. And we have designed specific
coatings to prevent distortion during lamination; And also it offer
a wider processing window.

performance: gauge control, color consistency (before and after
