Polycarbonate PC Uncoated Overlay is specially designed for laser engraving feature on card surface. After lamination, it can leave clear and neat laser marks on card surface. Comparing with other types of plastic films for card body production, it excels in outstanding optical clarity, printability, impact strength and dimensional stability.
Characteristics:

Keep package sealed and moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃
Keep horizontally, avoid oppress heavily and direct sun light.
Stacking height should not exceed one meter.
Shelf life: Two year.
Storage conditions:
Ideal storage conditions under 40℃, Ideal RH 40%. Should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation, store in original packing. Film should be conditioned a minimum of 24 hours at ambient room temperature.
Recommended use of material within one year of production date.
