35 concrete mixing plant mixing system is divided into two types
The first:HZS35 concrete mixing plant mixing host uses JS750 concrete mixer. The mixing system of JS750 concrete mixer is composed of motor, pulley, reduction gear box, gear, stirring device and mixing drum. The main motor is connected to the secondary gear reduction box through a belt, and finally the two horizontally-disconnected stirring shafts are respectively driven by the two pairs of open gears to rotate in the opposite direction and at the same speed.
The second:The mixing system of MPC750 Vertical Shaft Planetary
Mixer : The mixing arm is streamlined. In order to reduce the
material sticking to the mixing shaft , increase the service life
of the mixer, designed with the wear-resistant protective sleeve
for the mixer. According to application statistics, this design
doubles the service life of the mixing arm . The running track of
the mixing arm is more complicated and denser, and there are almost
no dead corners for mixing. The mixing of the material is more
complete, and the power is strong with low noise. Under the premise
of mixing, reduce the energy at the same time. The parallelogram
blades of the vertical-shaft planetary mixer can be turned over 180
° for repeated use, which doubles the utilization . Therefore, the
mixing arm of the mixer adopts a clamp-type and the clamping
structure.
Batching system
HZS35 concrete mixing plant uses PLD1200 concrete batching machine,
which adopts sand and gravel dosing device loaded by loader or belt
conveyor, can be equipped with two to four different materials, can
be used with various types of mixers and other metering devices,
and can be combined into a fully automatic and semi-automatic
mixing plant.
Conveyor system
The aggregate conveying system of the HZS35 concrete mixing plant
adopts the lifting bucket feeding mode. The big advantage is that
it takes up less space and saves land resources.
HZS35 concrete mixing plant belt conveyor is an ideal
high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment. It has the
advantages of long conveying distance, large volume and continuous

Control System

The whole machine is controlled by computer. It can be controlled
automatically or manually. It is easy to operate and easy to
master. The dynamic panel display makes it easy for the user to
monitor the operation of each component and store and print the
report data.
