Equipment warranty and after-sales service
1. The supplier company provides equipment installation
instructions (including assembly, piping, welding, power
distribution, etc.) and technical training for users.
2. Installation and commissioning: The supplier will send the
installer to the customer's factory to guide the installation and
commissioning of the equipment. The customer is responsible for the
accommodation and accommodation expenses of the installer and the
local transportation fee.
3. Production Guidance: The supplier provides free production
guidance to help the buyer to produce qualified products.
4. Purchasing service: The supplier can provide purchasing services
for accessories, raw and auxiliary materials and other items.
5. Quality Assurance Period: The free warranty period is one year
from the date of delivery of the contract equipment. After the
equipment has passed the warranty period, the supplier still
provides long-term technical support and after-sales service.
6. Service guarantee: The equipment responds within 2 hours,
arrives at the scene within 24 hours, and eliminates the fault
within 72 hours (except for force majeure).
User matching conditions
1. The user needs to prepare the following production conditions
before the supplier company sends the installer:

connected to the relevant fuselage;

of the equipment;

7. 6. The user shall install a temperature and humidity regulator
at the automatic paper machine and the electrostatic generator to
ensure constant air temperature and humidity;
8. 7. The equipment must be placed in a ventilated, dry environment
to be transported to the user;

Total amount of the project
- Payment method 30% as advance payment by T/T after signing contract; 70% paid by T/T after inspection in JINGZHI factory before delivery. Delivery time 40 working days since receiving advance payment( except Chinese national holiday)
