Chain coupling details
The chain coupling uses a common chain and meshes with two parallel
sprocket wheels with the same number of teeth at the same time.
The main difference between chain couplings is the use of different
chains. Commonly used are double-row roller chain couplings,
single-row roller chain couplings, toothed chain couplings, nylon
chain couplings, etc.
The chain coupling has a simple structure (composed of four
pieces), is easy to assemble and disassemble, and does not need to
move the two connected shafts during disassembly. It is compact in
size, light in weight, has a certain compensation ability, does not
require high installation accuracy, and is reliable in operation.
