User Friendly KN95 Face Mask Making Machine With Computer PLC Programming Control System
FUNCTION INTRODUCTION:
This production line is a full-automatic N95 face mask making
machine. The production line consists of a material rack, a folding
machine and a vibrating disc of an automatic breather valve.
1. Material rack: aluminum sectional structure, two rolls per
section, the number of rolls to be determined by the customer;
Automatic constant tension unwinding; Alarm for material shortage.
2. Folding machine: integrated with built-in nose strip, LOGO pad
printing, ear strap, upper breather valve (customized), nose pad
sponge and other functions.
3. Automatically send the vibration disc of the breather valve:
customized according to the breather valve. This machine is
controlled by PLC and touch screen. The main conveyor belt is
transported by single-phase motor and turned over by stepping
motor. The transmission is accurate, the control is stable and the
speed is adjustable.

Raw material feeding -> Nose clip feeding -> Welding the outline of the mask -> Breathing valve opening -> printing ->Ear band welding -> stick sponge -> Mask Forming -> Cut the shape of mask
