Powder Advantage:

We use Leka powder. Its powder passed the inspection and certification of SGS. The content of heavy metals and carcinogens does not exceed the standard.

The front is impacted with a 50kg cone-shaped film impactor, and the opposite side is impacted with a 30kg cone-shaped film impactor. There will not appear any cracks. Thus it can be seen that our powder has strong adhesion.

Commonly cabinets on the market will generally have surface bumps and off-powder in three to five years. These are all indications that the adhesion of powder is not strong.

The color fastness of the Leka powder is lasting. By testing, the indoor powder can stay in the sun for 500-700 hours without discoloration. And the outdoor powder can stay in the sun for up to 1200-1500 hours. Most of the steel furniture is used in the indoor powder.

Manufacture Technical:

Laser cutting material, precision accuracy error is controlled within 0.2mm.

The traditional bending production, production accuracy can not be guaranteed.

Bend: Traditional bends are based on the size of the drawing in Solid Works. The errors are greater.

We calculate the different bending factor and cutting size according to different material thickness, and it is closer to actual. After bending out, the gap is less than 0.1mm, and it can be directly take the laser welded. And we have different V-grooves (lower dies) to bend different thickness plates.

All customers' drawings are archived, and the factory's numerical control is high. The drawings not change and the quality will also not change.
