2. Installation and adjustment
Make the test machine at the level of the floor and mat three
horns. Put the spirit level on the test table. By adjusting the
horn to make the vertical and horizontal direction error do not
exceed 0.2/1000.
The fzg test machine host should be placed separately from the
control cabinet to avoid the noise and pungent odor when the
testing machine working. After the start of the test machine,
person can not inter into the room which the machine placed.
The test procedure in accordance with the the "lubricant carrying
capacity assay (CL-100 gear machine method) SH/T0306-92"
provisions.
