Product introduction
This Impact Sensitivity Test Machine is used to measure the impact
sensitivity of energetic materials (solid or liquid explosives,
propellants, fireworks and primary explosives, etc.), and to
determine whether the materials are too dangerous to be transported
according to the test conditions.
It conforms to 13.4.2 Test 3 (a) (II): Federal Bureau of Materials
Inspection drop hammer apparatus, GB 21567-2008 Test Method for
Impact Sensitivity of Dangerous Goods and Explosives, NY
1860.6-2010 Test Guide for Determination of Physical and Chemical
Properties of Pesticides, Part 6: Explosiveness, EN 13631-4:2002
Civil Explosives - High Explosive/Explosive, and Part 4:
Determination of Impact Sensitivity of Explosives.
Main features:
1) The Impact Sensitivity Test Machine adopts embedded processor
and Windows CE operating system;
2) 8-inch LCD touch screen, which can display the test status in
real time;
3) Wireless remote control is adopted to lift the hammer
automatically and position the falling hammer, effectively reducing
labor intensity;
4) Wireless remote control is adopted to automatically release the
falling hammer to realize remote operation;
5) The drop hammer positioning automatic buckle design reduces the
difficulty of personnel operation;
6) The unique function of preventing falling hammer from bouncing
back reduces the unsafe factors in the test;
7) The drop hammer impact head is made of special quenched steel,
which is firm and precise, and the hardness can reach Rockwell
60-63;
8) Special tooling configuration ensures 2mm accurate positioning
of liquid impact device;
9) The bottom plate is fixed with concrete blocks, and the full
area contact ensures the stability of the test;
10) The Impact Sensitivity Test Machine is equipped with safety
protection box to effectively protect the safety of personnel;
11) The test selection is diversified, and the corresponding test
parameters can be configured according to the characteristics of
the sample to achieve arbitrary adjustment of the test sequence;
12) During the test, the operating parameters and status are
displayed in real time, and the results and the minimum impact
energy of the material are automatically analyzed after the test;
13) The test process is automated, and supports parameter setting,
data storage, report viewing and other functions.
