Automatic Control System Flotation Separator With Higher Capacity:
Main Features of flotation separator:
1) The impeller consists of closed double section cones, which can
produce strong down-circulation.
2) Big air inlet amount, low energy consumption.
3) Each trough of froth flotation machine has the function of air
suction, ore pulp suction and flotation, it can realize a flotation
circuit by itself, without no auxiliary equipments. Horizontal
configuration makes it easy to change process.
4) Rational ore pulp circulation reduces coarse sand sediment.
5) There are automatic and electric control devices of ore pulp
level, which makes adjustment easier.
Instructions for flotation separator operation:
Check bolts of every section before starting the machine and use
hand instead of impellers to prevent sediment from adding burden of
electromotor . Adjust the height of strobe carefully to keep the
stablization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to
the launder. Impellers and stators should have a distance and
should be changed when they are worn. The bearing in the pump
should be maintained every three months.

In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, other mineral still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished.
