Poly Ripple Wire Mesh Screens Panels are designed for high abrasion applications where the material has a tendency to blind or peg. Produced using abrasion resistant polyurethane profiles molded over straight and crimped high quality steel wires, Poly Ripple Wire Mesh Screen could provide superior wear life.
Poly Ripple Anti-clogging Wire Mesh Screens are high production wire screens developed to enhance cleaning and non-blinding action, using independently vibrating weft wires. There are various designs that provide screening accuracy close to traditional wire mesh in square, triangle or slotted openings. These screens significantly reduce blinding and pegging in severe applications.
Advantages of the Anti-blocking Screen :

C TYPE: same self cleaning action reinforced for heavier loads and bed depth.

The Anti-blocking Screen is a method of weaving the wire mesh. The overlap points of warp are not prominent, and the surface is flat.
Anti-blocking Screen is easy to leak, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Self-cleaning screens are available in a side-tensioned or end-tensioned configuration.
