1. Application
Brand new coppe / brass rod 8mm making machine vertical die casting
machine 1000ton high configuration copper rod upcaster machine
The copper rod upcasting machine includes line frequency induction
furnace, continuous casting machine, rack of directive wheels,
tension device, two-stroke coiler, cooling system, electric
system,feeding system and measure temperature system and so on.

3. Production Steps
Copper cathode to be put on the furnace through the lifting system
for baking→Ajust the feeding speed and feed the copper cathode into
the melting furnace for melting (charcle to be used for avoiding
the oxygen) → Flow into the holding furnace → Flow into the
crystallizer, and the copper rods come out → Flow into the casting
device →Go through the separate shelf → Go through the tension
tower ( to contrl the take up speed) → Go through the take up
machine, and finish coiling.
