1. Introduction

Based on the vortex principle of vonkarman, LUGBML uses piezoelectric crystal as the test element. It is a new type of stress detection vortex Flowmeter. It has the advantages of large range ratio, high precision, low pressure loss, good media versatility, pulse output proportional to flow rate, easy to connect with computer, etc., because the detection probe and eddy current generator of the sensor are installed separately. High temperature resistant piezoelectric crystal does not touch the instrument has the advantages of simple structure, good versatility and high stability. The LUGBML series of vortex Flowmeter sensors can be used to detect and measure the flow of various gases, liquids and vapors. It can be used with our company's ML6000 series vortex Flowmeter. It can also cooperate with computer and temperature, pressure and density sensors to form a high-precision mass flow or heat flow detection system.


2. Application

LUGBML series is suitable for oil,chemical industry,metallurgy,heating power,spinning,pape rmaking ,etc. Be use of control: over-heating vapor, saturation vapor, compressed air,ordinary air(oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, natural gas, coal gas ,etc),water and liquid (water, petrol ,alcohol, benzene ,etc.)

4. Design & Installation


It is important to install the instrument, which can affect accuracy, service life and damage if not installed well.


1. In order to avoid high-power, high-frequency, high-power switch sets, instrument supply should avoid close to these devices.

2. Avoid high temperatures and radiation sources. If installation is required, thermal ventilation measures are required.

3. In order to avoid high temperature and enchanted gas, if the installation is necessary, ventilation measures should be taken.

4. The vortex flow meter should avoid installing in the wiggling part of the pipe. If it must be mounted, add a clamping device and a 2D vibratory pad to enhance shock protection. The instrument is best installed indoors, outdoor installation when pay attention to waterproof, pay special attention to the connector, so that the cable wire into a U-shaped, to avoid water into the amplifier body, installation should save enough space in order to install the connector and daily maintenance.
