1. Introduction
LWGYML series intelligent liquid turbine flow meter is a new type of intelligent instrument with integrated turbine flow sensor and display product calculation developed by advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, which has obvious advantages such as compact mechanism, clear reading, high reliability, undisturbed by external power supply, lightning resistance and low cost.
2. Application
Turbine flowmeter is widely used in the following measurement
objects: petroleum, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, liquefied
gas, natural gas, coal gas and cryogenic fluid. In foreign
countries, liquefied petroleum gas, refined oil and light crude oil
are used for trade settlement in the first and last stations of
large crude oil pipelines. In Europe and the United States, turbine
flowmeter is second only to orifice flowmeter, while in the
Netherlands alone, more than 2,600 turbine flowmeters with various
sizes and pressures ranging from 0.8MPa to 6.5MPa have been used in
natural gas pipelines, and they have become excellent natural gas
flowmeters. Although the excellent metering characteristics of
turbine flowmeter are favored by people, it gives people the
impression that it is made up of moving parts and has a short
service life, so it is inevitable to hesitate when choosing them.
After people's unremitting efforts, it should be said that the
situation has changed greatly. As the most universal flowmeter, the
turbine flowmeter has developed into a mass production scale with
multiple varieties, full series and multiple specifications.
Turbine flowmeter is widely used in some special departments
besides the aforementioned industrial departments, such as
scientific research and experiment, national defense science and
technology, and metering departments. The use of these fields just
avoids its weakness (not suitable for long-term continuous use) and
gives full play to its characteristics (high precision, good
repeatability, and can be used in high pressure, high temperature,
low temperature and micro-flow conditions). In these fields, most
of them are designed according to the special requirements of the
measured objects, and they are special instruments without mass
production.
