Usage Instruction
1). Temperature measuring
a. Clean or disinfect the probe, then press the ”ON/OFF” key to
turn on the unit, LCD will display the current environmental
temperature. Press the “°C/°F” key to select display unit
b. Insert the probe into wine, beverage or food to get the
temperature reading after the LCD display is stable. Clean or
disinfect the probe after finish temperature measuring
c. Press the ”ON/OFF“ key to turn off the unit after operation. The
unit will be powered off automatically if there is no operation in
15 minutes
2). Battery replacement
The user needs to replace the battery when LCD display becomes dim.
Rotate upper cover according to the arrow direction to take down
the cover, then take out the battery. Then install the new LR44
battery according to the polarity sign. After installing the new
battery aligns the semi-circle marks on upper cover and the one
closed to arrowhead. Then twist the upper cover with opposite
direction of arrow until the semi-circle mark on upper cover aligns
with the mark closed to arrow tail on handle.
