In accordance with the national standards of measurement and weighing, sand and gravel from the loader into the concrete batching machine, after measuring, aggregate will be conveyed by belt conveyor(or hopper hoist) into the middle of the mixer located in the middle of warehouse.
Weighing system adopts S-shaped sensor and three-point mounted weighing for fast weigh and high accuracy.

The cement silo is stored with powder materials, such as cement, fly ash, etc. The powder is communicated with the ash inlet pipe through the bulk cement delivery truck and is directly fed into the powder bin to be stored, finally conveyed to concrete mixer by screw conveyor.
