• Hydraulic Loading Dock Leveler is the solution that is suitable for any loading dock. It is characterised by its strength and safety.These durable units provide a smooth path for cross-docking traffic, reducing bumps and bouncing that can injure forklift drivers and damage both equipment and cargo.

• Hydraulic Loading Dock Leveler which is the fast, economical and easy way to manoeuvre in order to overcome the differences in level between the loading dock and the truck bed.It has a hinged lip that allows the lip to adapt perfectly to the truck.

Noted: Usually the power ramp dock levelers width is 1800mm or 2000mm, it also can be custom as your requirements!

• 7.250mm×250×100mm rubber bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard to protect user.

• Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet
• Main Support: 10# I beam
• Lip thickness: 16mm checkered thickness steel sheet
• Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh.

Optional Configuration:

• Hydraulic Power Pack: China power pack or imported power pack as your requirements
• Electric controller with emergency or without emergency button.
