Stainless Steel Hydraulic Lift Table Description:

• Stainless steel hydraulic lift tables are primarily used in the food and pharmaceutical industries where equipment must be washed down on a regular basis to eliminate possible contamination to products. The number of stainless steel components in the lift will depend on the specific application. Most lifts will feature a stainless steel platform and base frame, those components that make direct contact with the product or surrounding environment. Other components will vary depending on the degree that the lift is to be washed down and the chemicals involved in its sanitation.

Noted: Usually Stainless Steel Hydraulic Lift Table width is 2000mm, if over 2000mm width, it will need to spliced platform. And also can be custom as your requirements!

• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders
• 6. First class hydraulic power unit, good seal capacity and long life
• 7. Safety protected 1, with Explosion Proof Lock Valve
• 8. Safety protected 2 for optional, with Safety toe guard to protect users
• 9. Extra requiremetns: safety bellow prevent the scissor lift from water, dust and parts from other invading into the lift

• Main Support: 10# I beam
• Deck lip platform steel thickness:6mm/8mm/10mm checkered plate(If need lip)
• High-pressure Oil Pipe: Double wire-steel mesh in hydraulic rubber hose
