Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift Description:

• Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift save high cost of loading dock construction, work from any truck bed level to grade level and handle unstable loads quickly and safely with Hydraulic Loading Dock Lifts.It can be installed indoors or outdoors, pit mounted, pad mounted or surface mounted. Hydraulic Loading Dock Lifts are more versatile than dock levelers, faster and easier than manual loading and unloading, safer than ramps and inclines and less expensive than recessed truck wells.

Noted: Usually Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift width is 2000mm, if over 2000mm width, it will need to spliced platform. And also can be custom as your requirements!

• 1. Reinforced skidproof diamond platform, which can prevent people and goods slipping down, more safety
• 2. Heavy duty & high strong construction
• 3. Anti-skid high-strength chequered platform, and lip for optional, need or not.
• 4. Full width one -piece or two lip for option (hinges pin type or sleeve type)
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure cylinders
• 6. First class hydraulic power unit, good seal capacity and long life
• 7. Safety protected 1, with Explosion Proof Lock Valve
• 8. Safety protected 2 for optional, with Safety toe guard to protect users
• 9. Extra requiremetns: safety bellow prevent the scissor lift from water, dust and people invading into the lift

• High-pressure Oil Pipe: Double wire-steel mesh in hydraulic rubber hose
