Glass bottle filling machine description:

Small glass bottle beer filling machine is composed of bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, frame, window sealing machine, main motor and driving system, bottle transmission system, cap loader and electrical control system. The turning mechanism of bottle washing machine is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle holder, upturn plate, guide rail, protective cover, water spraying device and water receiving plate. It is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle lifting device and so on. The capping mechanism is composed of three parts: a capping device, a capping guide rail and a capping machine.

Glass bottle filling machine features:

1. Filling valve with high precision mechanical filling valve, with no bottle no vacuum mechanism.

2. External mechanical valve structure, no springs and seals in the body.

3. The transmission adopts open gear and gearbox combination transmission. Adopt frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, speed regulation range is large.

4. The transmission of this machine is equipped with automatic grease lubrication device, which can supply oil to each lubrication point regularly and quantitatively as required. High transmission efficiency, low noise, long life.

5. The machine adopts advanced technology such as human machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control and frequency converter control.

6. The machine adopts PLC computer program control and man-machine interface touch screen button, with automatic control of material cylinder liquid level, no bottle no filling, no bottle no cap and other functions, and has the dislocated stop of bottle star wheel card, cover chasm stop and other functions.

Bottle inlet:

The bottle feeding adopts the screw separated type. When empty glass bottle enter into screw separating part, the bottles, which had been close together, would be separated by the rotation of the screw. To make every bottle get into exact working position correctly.

Bottle rinsing:

1. The rotating wheel is made of stainless steel SUS304.

2. Special high efficiency spray nozzle is adopted, the bottle water is sprayed out at a set Angle, and can be washed to any part of the inner wall of the bottle.

3. Both the bottle clip and the sliding sleeve of the lifting mechanism are corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free bearings.

4. The power of the bottle stamping machine is transmitted by the internal drive system of the frame through the gears.

Bottle filling:

1. The rotating wheel is made of stainless steel SUS304.

2. Filling tank and filling valve use SUS304.

3. Filling valve structure design is reasonable, filling volume is accurate.

4. Filling process by filling valve through the CAM lift to complete.

5. The power of the filling machine is transmitted by the internal drive system of the frame through the gears.

6. In the connection of rinsing, filling and sealing with the roller and sealing, the annular bottle body conveying method is adopted.

Capping:

This special designed for crown cap of glass bottle, it uses advanced foreign principle and rich experience, make the capping part smooth and safe. Besides, if customer want to use other type cap and aluminum cap, easy-open cap, we can also design and use suitable capping part equipment accoridng to customer demands.
