BSO drying machine is a multifunctional drying device, which mainly circulates inside the box through the forced hot air heated by the electric heating tube or the steam heat exchanger to enhance the heat transfer and achieve the effect of drying the material.
It adopts steam heater or far infrared heating element as heat source, the maximum working pressure of steam heater is 0.8MPa, forbid over pressure use. If the oven temperature is required to reach 120~140℃, that is, the steam pressure should be in the range of 0.4~0.8MPa. If the temperature requirement is 80~120℃, that is, the steam pressure should be within the range of 0.2~0.4MPa.
Working Principle:
Its working principle is that used steam or electric heating air,
then made a cycling dry with heated air. There are even dry and
lower discre-paney of temperature difference in the each side of
even. In the dry course of suppling continuously flesh air and
discharging hot air so that the even might be in good condition and
kept proper temperature and humidity.

Main structure:
The machine is mainly composed of a drying chamber, a combustion
chamber, an electric heating pipe, a ventilation system and a
control system.
1. Drying chamber: The interior is made of stainless steel and the
outside is coated with steel plate, which saves costs while
ensuring the sanitation and corrosion resistance of the drying
process.
2. Combustion chamber: In order to deal with the smoke and dust
generated during the combustion process, the combustion chamber is
connected to the chimney, which is efficient and convenient.
3. Ventilation: In terms of humidity control, the ventilation
system plays an important role in balancing the humidity and air
inside the machine.
4. Control system: The control cabinet controls the electric
heating tube and fan. In addition, it is also equipped with a
temperature and humidity tester to facilitate users to understand
the current situation.
