BSV powder mixing machine is applicable to mix dry granule material for food, chemical, pharmacy and other relative industries. It has the features of the special construction, high effect, no dead angle, uniform mixture. The machine can also increase to blend the function compulsorily. It can mix thin powder and more than two form powders including the materials that contain water. It can get the good result of admixture (meaning that little admixture additives).
Working method:
The materials being blended are loaded from top ports. The loading factor is 50%-60%. The materials being blended in these units can vary in bulk density and in percentage of the total mixture. V shell gets rotation under the driven of motor-reducer. Materials being blended are constantly being split and intermixed as the shell rotates. Normal cycle times are typically in the range of 15 minutes, however can be less depending on the difficulty of blending.
Main features:
1. No blind angle in the cylinders, no accumulation of materials,
high speed, and short mixing time.
2. With the body made of stainless steel and both inner and outer
walls polished, the cylinders have elegant appearance.
3. The charging of materials can be made either by manual operation
or through vacuum suction. For discharging, rotating valves and
rapid swivel heads are adopted.
4. This mixer is applicable for mixing powdery or granular
materials in pharmaceutical and other industries.
5. It consists of two V-type cylinders of different altitudes, and
through mechanical transmission the materials in these cylinders
are made to move back and forth and turn over again and again,
thereby achieving the goal of uniform mixing.
