Our BS hammer mill can make powder in lines of food, pharmacy,chemical and other industries.

Material is smashed by the cutting and grinding of high speed knives.Knife of type can be selected according to different material and size of granules.If you want to change the powder particle size,just change the screen inside.

Working method:

The machine is composed of three parts: frame, mill chamber and feeding part. There is one moveable cutter head on the principal axis. And one fixed gear ring is installed in the mill chamber. Under the gear ring, there is the screen. When the principal axis works on high speed, the moveable cutter head runs together. The materials are impacted, rubbed, cutted by the fixed gear ring and moveable hammer. And materials also collide with each other. Under the combined effects, they are crushed into powder. This machine has simple stcuture, runs smoothly and be easy in maintenance. It also has a good effect on grinding materials.

Main features:

1. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the mill chamber. The fineness can be adjusted by changing screens of different meshes.
2. The contact part of grinder is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
3. The inner wall of machine is smooth, no powder and no dead corners.
4. It is easy to be cleaned, can make the production of medicine, chemicals, food in line with GMP requirements.
