Equipment introduction:
1. Air supply refrigeration system of air cooler:
First start the blower to circulate air. After the air is cooled by the air cooler refrigeration system, the flowing air is quickly cooled down after passing through the evaporator, and then output through the blower, which directly affects the product or space. The air outlet temperature can be automatically adjusted according to requirements, which can be used for a long time, energy saving and pollution-free. Therefore, air cooler is a standard environmental protection and energy-saving equipment.
2. The refrigerant circulation system of the air cooler:
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat from the air and begins to evaporate. There is a temperature difference between the refrigerant and the air. The liquid refrigerant is also completely vaporized into a gaseous state, which is then sucked into the compressor for compression (increasing pressure and temperature) . The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat (air/water) through the condenser, condenses into a liquid and throttles through a thermal expansion valve (or capillary) , low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant into the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process.
3. the electrical automatic control system of the air cooler:

Including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to the compressor, cooling fan, blower, etc. through the contactor. The automatic control part includes constant temperature, pressure protection, delay, relay, overload protection, etc., and realizes functions such as automatic start-stop and protection according to the air temperature.

The pipe hole adopts double flanges. Through mechanical expansion, the copper pipe is in close contact with the fins, with good heat transfer effect, low air resistance and easy cleaning. High quality condensing fan is adopted, with large air volume, low noise and outstanding effect. Moreover, the air-cooled condenser is easy to use and does not need additional cooling water tower;

3. The structure of air-cooled industrial air cooler adopts combined sheet metal structure, which is convenient for maintenance and internal cleaning. According to the air outlet direction of the condensing fan, heat dissipation holes are scientifically perforated on the sheet metal, which not only has heat dissipation effect, but also makes the machine beautiful;
