Resistance Welding is the coordinated application of electric
current and mechanical pressure in the proper magnitudes and for a
precise period of time to create a coalescent bond between two base
metals. Weld electrodes are used to conduct the electric current to

The product has high purity, uniform structure and excellent performance. It can produce various sheets, rods, pipes, plates and small-sized products with complex shapes by compression molding, extrusion molding, and injection molding.

Elkonite 10W3
Elkonite® 10W3 Tungsten Copper (75W / 25Cu) is used for electrode
and die inserts in most flash and butt welding dies and for
projection welding dies where welding pressures and moderate. Most
nut & stud welding applications use this alloy brazed on the
electrode face. It is also used for light electrical upsetting,
electroforging dies and seam welder bushing inserts.
