Overview
The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.
Product Application
Ball mill machine is a key equipment for crushing the materials
after they are primarily crushed. It is widely used for the dry
type or wet type grinding of all kinds of ores and other materials
that need to be ground in cement, silicate product, new building
material, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and
glass ceramic industry. The ore grinding methods of ball mill
include dry type and wet type.
Ball mill machine is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging
part, rotary part and driving part which includes reducer, small
drive gear, electrical machine and electronic control. The hollow
shaft adopts steel casting, the inner lining can be dismantled and
changed, and the rotary rack wheel uses casting gear hobbing and
inside the cylinder is wear-resisting lining board which has fine
abrasionperformance. This machine has stable operation and reliable
performance.

Working Principle:
The Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

the material of inlet and outlet hollow shaft is ZG35.

The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
