Lifting electromagnetic chuck also known as lifting electromagnet,
the product by computer optimization design, magnetic circuit more

The coil protection adopts the rolled high manganese steel plate

High insulation grade, insulation treatment through a unique
process, improve the electrical and mechanical properties of the
coil, usually using constant voltage control. Strong excitation
(DC-290v /200V) can further improve the hoisting capacity. Large
electromagnets can also be overexcited (DC-350v /290V/200V), speed
up the current rise speed, can play a stronger lifting capacity.

Matters need attention--model selection
1. Please choose the normal temperature type when the temperature
of suction and transport materials is lower than 100, and the
high-temperature type when the temperature exceeds 100.
2. When the power supply duration exceeds 60, please choose the
high-frequency type.
3. Please choose the diving type (diving depth of 100m) for the
suction and hoisting materials in water.
The parameters of the submersible electromagnet are the same as
that of normal temperature electromagnet. Therefore, it is not
listed in the sample.
If the user needs a diving type, please specify it when ordering.
4. Ambient temperature: normal temperature -540, high temperature
-580. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.
5. Equipment matching: the power (current) of the rectifier control
equipment is greater than or equal to the sum of the cold power
(current) of single or multiple units.

Applications
