Precautions for Use
1. Overload use is strictly prohibited, unauthorized extension of the handle is strictly prohibited, and other power operation is strictly prohibited.
2. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for people to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to prevent personal accidents.
3. Before use, it must be confirmed that the machine parts are intact, the transmission parts and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling
condition is normal.
4. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before use.The load should be placed in the center of the hook cavity of the hook.
Lifting chain shall not have wrong twisted and bent links to ensure safety.
5. Do not operate illegally and do not place the gourds in the rain or in a very wet place.
6. Do not flip the lower hook of 6-ton gourd between two lines of chain.
7. Safety inspection of the hand lever hoist should be done before use, including whether the clamp mouth of the hand lever hoist is seriously
worn, whether the wire rope should be replaced, whether the brake surface is contaminated with oil sludge, etc.
8. The use must be in accordance with the standard of the hand wrench hoist, not to lengthen the length of the spanner at will, not to overload the
use, so as to avoid danger in the use process.
9. After the use of hand pulling gourds, timely cleaning should be paid attention to.

After cleaning and overhaul, no-load test and heavy-load test should be carried out.




Test standard
1. No-load test: when there is no load, reciprocate the forward bar and reverse bar for three times, observe the working condition of the

mechanism, and there should be no jamming phenomenon.
2. Rated load test: it shall be detected on the special test bench.

The hand pulling force and the reciprocating stroke of the handle of the wire rope shall meet the standard requirements.
3. Dynamic load test: it shall be tested on the special test bench and loaded with 1.1 times of rated load, once for each rise and fall, and the

moving distance of the wire rope shall not be less than 200mm each time. The whole machine shall work steadily and reliably.
4. Static load test: load gradually to 1.5 times of the rated load on the special test bench and stay for 10min.

The clamp and clamping plate shall not have permanent deformation affecting the service performance.
5. Hook test:
On the material testing machine, load gradually to 2 times of rated load through the center of the hook cavity, and remove the load after staying for

1min. Check the deformation of the hook mouth, which shall not exceed 0.25%;
On the material testing machine, the hook shall be gradually loaded to 4 times of rated load through the center of the hook cavity, and the hook

shall be able to support reliably for 1min.
Reliability test: under the rated load, continuously pull forward rod and reverse rod, so that the cumulative travel of the wire rope is not less than

120m round and round (can be carried out in four times, but each time, but each time the cumulative travel of the wire rope is 30m, the interval

time between each time does not exceed 1h.The replacement of wire rope is not allowed during the test.

All parts of the hand - pulling gourd must not have abnormal phenomena.
