Torque motor controller series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor
This controller is an advanced fully electronic control device
specially designed to replace the three-phase autotransformer and
can work in resistive and inductive load states. Widely used in
hardware machinery, plastic film, wire and cable, rope net,
printing, papermaking, chemical fiber textile printing and dyeing,
rubber and other mechanical and electrical industries. Compared
with three-phase auto-coupling voltage regulator, this controller
has good starting performance due to its electronic regulation, no
contact wear, balanced voltage regulation. The controller has the
characteristics of small volume, light weight, high efficiency, low
heat generation, energy conservation, long service life, convenient
installation and maintenance, etc.
II. Working Conditions:
1. Ambient temperature:-25℃ ~+50℃.
2. Air relative humidity: ≤ 85% (20℃ 5℃).
3, no significant impact vibration.
4. Operating voltage: 3-phase 380 V (10%). In addition to this
standard design, special voltage designs (such as 220V, 400V, 415V,
440V) can also be provided for users.
5. Operating frequency: 50 ~ 60Hz.
Three, working principle:
The main circuit of the controller adopts imported bidirectional
thyristor, and the thyristor control circuit adopts a three-phase
coaxial control potentiometer to synchronously adjust the
conduction angle of the three-phase thyristor, so that the working
voltage of the load can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 375 V,
thus realizing a balanced voltage regulation and speed regulation
process and meeting the requirements of different production
processes. Due to the unique circuit design, the damage of the
motor can be effectively avoided.
