Product Overview of Hopper Silo Wall Vibrator:

The hopper silo wall vibrator is also called vibration anti-blocking device. It is a general-purpose anti-blocking device that uses the YZO vibration motor with adjustable excitation force as the excitation source. It can effectively prevent and eliminate the arching phenomenon of materials in silo, tank or hopper, as well as the blocking phenomenon of tubular channel and powder silo, so as to ensure the smooth flow of material. The device can be widely used in electric power, coal, building materials, mining, chemical, metallurgy, foundry, light industry, food, transportation and other industries.

Working Principle of Hopper Silo Wall Vibrator :

When the hopper silo wall vibrator is working, the high-speed rotation of the vibrating motor produces periodic high-frequency vibration to the hopper wall. Due to the periodic vibration of the hopper silo wall vibrator, on the one hand, the material is out of contact with the hopper wall, the friction between the material and the hopper silo wall is eliminated, and on the other hand, the material is affected by the alternating speed and acceleration, and is in an unstable state, thereby effectively overcoming the internal friction and the aggregation force of the material, so as to eliminate the relative stability between the materials in the stock bin, so that the material is discharged from the outlet of the stock bin smoothly.

Structure of Hopper Silo Wall Vibrator:

The upper part of the hopper silo wall vibrator is YZO vibrating motor, and the lower part is the chassis (needs to be equipped by the user), which is connected by high strength bolts. (The device is connected to the system program control and blockage detector through the electrical control box and is an integral part of the coal conveying automation system. The electric control box is optional for the user and needs to be ordered separately.)

Installation Location and Method of Hopper Silo Wall Vibrator:

1. All steel silo: the anti-blocking device shall be welded or bolted to the wall of the silo.

2. The upper part is a concrete silo and the lower part is a steel silo: the anti-blocking device shall be installed on the wall of the steel hopper.

3. Full concrete and reinforced steel silo: the vibration plate shall be attached to the silo, and vibration anti-blocking device shall be installed on the vibration plate.

4. Silo for storing pure coarse materials: regardless of the shape of the silo, a vibrating plate should be attached to the silo, and the vibration anti-blocking device shall be installed on the vibrating plate.

5. Chute: the vibration anti-blocking device should be installed on the location where the chute is easy to stick and block.

6. The transmission range of the vibration force is generally 4~5m, and the user can determine the quantities to be installed according to the size of the silo.

7. If the two vibration anti-blocking devices are arranged symmetrically, they should be staggered by 50-100cm up and down so as to avoid mutual interference.

8. The chassis of the vibration anti-blocking device is purchased by the user according to the needs. The size of the vibrating plate is 700*530, and the thickness is 10~20.

9. The opening size of the hopper is 650*480 if required opening.
