1. Working principle of conveyor belt machine:
The electric motor drives the rotation of the transmission drum or other driving mechanism through the coupling and reducer, and with the friction between the drum or other driving mechanism and the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt moves According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be conveyed in a single pass, or multiple passes or with other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system.
2. Components of conveyor belt machine:
(1) Belt: It is the main component to pull and carry materials. It should not only have sufficient strength, but also have the corresponding load-bearing capacity;
(2) Drive unit:It consists of motor, reducer, brake, backstop, high-speed shaft coupling and low-speed shaft coupling to form a drive unit. The drive unit is fixed on the drive frame, which is fixed on the foundation.
(3) The frame should have sufficient rigidity and strength, sufficient stability, and the ground bolts between the frame and the foundation should be connected tightly without abnormal vibration
(4) Drum: drive drum and redirecting drum; drive drum is to transmit the power of the drive device to the conveyor belt through friction and make it run, redirecting drum is to change the running direction of the conveyor belt
(5) Roller:Supports and stabilizes the conveyor belt and the material on it
