The total distance of the tube expander is 10-14.5 meters. The
feeding and unloading mechanism of the tube expander adopts rollers
to drive the steel tube forward to finish feeding.If power supply
is installed in the front end of the tube expander, if coil is
placed on the adjustment rack of if coil, the core reamer mold is
put in place, the original tube is put in, the water pump and if
power supply are turned on, and if power is adjusted, the core of
the tube can be adjusted

officially expand the tube.The intermediate frequency coil,
compensation resonant capacitor, reactor and other components of
the tube expander need to be cooled by circulating water.The
electrical control part of the tube expanding machine is installed
in the electric control box, and the travel switch is installed at
both ends of the tube expanding machine.

Work flow of tube expanding machine
When expanding the pipe of the expanding machine, the movement of

and does not damage the pipe.This machine adopts the heating mode
of hot air circulation and is double-heating, and each heating
furnace is equipped with multi-grade heating furnace core.The
forming method adopts the qualitative method of shaping the inside
of the reaming head and adding external pressure, and the size of
the tube mouth is accurate. The machine is equipped with the
transfer switch of expanding solvent-based socket (straight port)
and expanding elastic seal ring type socket socket (R port) on the
control panel.And the R mouth is divided into the way of rising
block first and rising block after rising.The choice of tube
expanding mode is very convenient and the process is adaptable.
