The structure and principle of tube expanding machine
The tube expanding machine is a parallel equal-speed hydraulic
pusher with double cylinders. Pipe-expanding machine feeding by the
feeding winding machine, the stock moving wire rope, push the pipe
through the wire rope wheel, reciprocating operation, to expand the
primary pipe into the equipment.
The intermediate frequency power supply of the tube expanding
machine is installed at the front end of the equipment, and the
intermediate frequency induction coil is placed on the coil
adjusting frame, and the coil can be adjusted up and down, forward
and backward. After the core reamer dies and the core reamer, the
pump and the intermediate frequency power supply are opened and the
intermediate frequency power is adjusted, the core reamer dies and
the pipe can be heated and the pipe can be gradually pushed
forward. The pipe will rise to a certain temperature with the
heating temperature, resulting in plastic deformation. The pipe can
be expanded by pushing forward along the outside diameter of the
mandrel.

150mm, length 3 ~ 24m.Steel tubes of various materials can be
expanded (such as p91-92 / t91-92, Q235, Q345, 45#, a106b-c,
12CrMoV).
The intermediate frequency tube expanding machine mainly includes:
the frame, the main oil cylinder support plate(including the main
oil cylinder), the movable push plate, the front support plate, the
automatic feeding mechanism, the cutting roller table, the mold
support, the intermediate frequency coil adjusting frame (including
the intermdiate frequency heating coil), the intermediate frequency
power supply, the electrical control system and so on.
